With more than 15,000 equipment spread worldwide
Thermo Star is one of the largest manufacturers of refrigeration equipment for transportation in Brazil. They recognized the need to enhance the experience for companies and drivers in finding specialized technical assistance, so we created an app.
Assistance just a few taps away
Truck and van drivers spend most of their time on the road. Our app helps them quickly find the nearest authorized service center by using just a few taps and coordinates.
We have also integrated a rating system for service quality and provided information about the facilities. This feedback helps Thermo Star control and maintain the quality of services offered across the nation.
In addition to searching for technical assistance
The app also features functions such as the equipment revision date calculator, support materials for each brand equipment, and the option for direct assistance from the company.
